Key Accounts and Export Departments
The departments are responsible for negotiating, renewing and overseeing commercial agreements with specialist distribution networks, both nationally and internationally
Advertising Department
Always on the lookout for trends, communication channels (social media, television, press, influencers…) hold no secrets for this team! It ensures the visibility of our products to our consumers
Customer Service Department
The customer service department manages B2C client relations before, during and after purchase. It places the customer at the heart of its concerns by ensuring a consistently high quality of service
Purchasing and Supply Chain Department
The department's mission is to oversee all procurement, and to monitor and optimise stock levels in real time
Back Office Department
The Back Office department is responsible for the administrative management of B2B orders, including handling customer returns, verifying operations, shipments and monitoring deadlines
Legal Department
The Legal department safeguards the company's interests on strategic, commercial and contractual matters by ensuring proper compliance with regulations
Finance Department
The Finance department monitors, analyses, manages and makes the decisions necessary to optimise and improve company performance
HR Department
The HR department ensures the achievement of the company's and employees' objectives (career management, recruitment, payroll and personnel administration…). It acts as the intermediary between employees and management
IT Department
The IT department is responsible for the development and maintenance of the web application and all technical infrastructure
