Our commitments
Strong commitments for the environment, consumers and employees
At Luxéol, we place social and environmental responsibility at the heart of our development. Luxéol is certified Engagé RSE and Responsibility Europe by AFNOR (in accordance with the ISO 26000 reference standard), a guarantee of seriousness and transparency.
Concretely, this translates into:
- The commitment to reducing our environmental footprint
- More responsible sourcing
- Ethical working conditions
- Support for local initiatives
- High-performance beauty
Our guiding principles define what we stand for and shape the way we create, innovate and care for hair.
Proven efficacy
The majority of our products are subjected to consumer tests and/or clinical studies to guarantee visible and measurable results.
Responsible innovation
Our research teams continually improve our formulas and develop new solutions to meet the hair care needs of today and tomorrow.
Our formulas
Our cosmetics are manufactured according to precise internal specifications, based on the expectations of our consumers, which is why almost all of our products are formulated without silicones, without sulphated surfactants and with a majority of naturally derived ingredients.
Our food supplements are formulated with carefully selected plants, vitamins and minerals to meet the needs of your hair.
Made in France
The majority of our products are developed and manufactured in France.
Real consumer tests
Before each launch, the majority of our products are tested by users in real-life conditions. More than 40 consumer tests carried out guarantee efficacy, tolerance and satisfaction.
Rigorous clinical studies
With more than 20 clinical studies, our products are backed by solid scientific evidence. Our best-sellers regularly benefit from new studies to ensure consistently optimal performance.
Support for associations
Because we want to champion their causes and because we share their values, we have committed to partnering with several organisations.
Helping to depollute ports:
We have been committed to the association Coiffeurs Justes since January 2024. Our commitment is equivalent to the manufacturing and installation of hair booms to depollute 1 million litres of hydrocarbons in maritime ports and river areas.
Wigs for people with cancer:
We also lend our support to the association Fake Hair Don't Care by funding, in 2024 and for one year, the equivalent of the salary of one of the association's wig makers responsible for crafting wigs from hair donations for people with cancer.
Sheltered work establishment:
We have regularly entrusted tasks, since its creation in 2015, to an organisation supporting inclusion, ESATITUDE Antibes, a sheltered work establishment.
